If anyone in the movie field is thinking that director Vinayan is wasting his professional time, backing up his filmi organisation and fighting for the technicians, you are wrong. He is back to what he knows best, that is calling the shots. Vinayan has already announced his new project ‘Yakshiyum Njanum’ which will start in a couple of months. His last film was in Tamil ‘Naalai Namathey’ which came out six months ago was with Sanusha in the lead.

Vinayan has not yet announced his hero and heroine for the movie, but seems to be in the look out for fresh faces. ‘Yakshiyum Njanum’ will be scripted and produced by Vinayan's home banner “Aakasha Ganga”. Though Vinayan didn't give much clues about his protagonists, he has already announced that he will bring into limelight Jubin Raj, the son of late actor Rajan P Dev as the antihero of this movie. Jubin Raj had earlier been in a few movies as a child artiste. The film will also become the launch pad of Sajan Madhav, the son of late musician Raveendran. Sajan Madhav will tune in a few songs for this fun filled horror thriller and will also do the background scores for the movie.
